This set contains to-scale symbols for all the furnishings typically found at events such as BANQUETS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, SEMINARS and PARTIES.

Use it as a master to make copies of the items you need. Cut up the copies, arrange them on your plan, and glue them in place. The result is a neat, accurate layout that communicates your wishes exactly. It makes life easier for all the people concerned with set-up and services because they can see how the finished room looks and works. MANAGEMENT can show different versions of the room as a sales tool to prospective customers.

There are 20 pages containing all the common sizes of FOLDING TABLES, with and without chairs. Benches and SERPENTINE TABLES are also included. Most tables are in sets of 2 or 4 with 5' spacing to provide proper aisles. Chairs are placed 18" out from tables to show the occupied position.

ROUND TABLES range from 24" to 15' diameter
SQUARE TABLES are from 30" to 40" diameter
